the hotel implemented advanced technology. my room was amazing with an comfortable vibe. it was full of details, so everything was just on point. fnb starts from the elevator to brooklands. words cannot describe, it was quite an experience.
my room was booked via amex, but the benefits were not noted correctly. i had to send them a copy of the e-mail i had. it was odd and not what one expects at this luxury level

the presentation of the food was amazing. the staff was always right there to welcome me and seat me as i walked into the dining room. the servers brought everything quickly and to my liking.

Understaffed and Minor Issues Detracted From the Experience
difficult entrancemissing bottle opener
The hotel is located right off a busy roundabout. Accessing the entrance on foot wasn't easy! My room was booked via Amex. It was ready early, nice. They did not have the benefits noted correctly! They asked me to send them a copy of the email I had. This seemed odd. It is not what I expect at this luxury level. There was sparkling wine but no bottle opener. I could not open it without calling, which I did not want to do.
